My life’s biggest wins were with the Public Sector. I won deals with the London Police, the US Airforce, Interpol, ESA, German Railways, and many others. But the opportunity costs often overshadowed the triumphs.
I hired large expert teams sifting through thousands of Tenders, hunting for opportunities with the highest win-probability. Success hinged on quantity, speed, and quality. Everything mattered: A wrong font size or a missed checkbox could sink a bid and all the prior effort.
Tenders build and break businesses, they launch and end careers. As a “Public Sector Rainmaker,” I’ve felt the pain and mastered the trade. And as a serial deep tech entrepreneur with three exits, I understood the breakthrough-potential of AI for Public Sector sales right away. After successful tests with some of the leading businesses in Europe, Tendra was born.
